PPC Monthly Update: April 2023

Dear PPC Planting Partners,

This year, we will be sharing monthly updates on topics relevant to the PPC. These messages will include topics that we choose, and will answer frequently-asked questions from our project partners! If you have a question you would like us to answer, please email [e-mail].

This month, we wanted to let you know about an exciting new component of the IMP on TerraMatch, which is our support center! When you visit TerraMatch.org, you will now be able to access the support
center, to help direct and answer common questions.

When you click on the “Help Center” link, you will be redirected to Zendesk. Zendesk has two core functions; it will house a library of resources, and it will also allow you to submit support requests if you are having trouble with anything on the IMP.

• You can access the resources in the Guide via the search bar, or by clicking on the PPC box under the banner image. We have done our best to house here all the PPC monitoring and reporting guidance documents that we have shared with you previously to help you complete your projects, as well as some FAQs. We will continuously update this so we welcome your suggestions on what else we should include here!
• If you are encountering a problem on the IMP, you can now report the issue on Zendesk. To do so, click on “Submit a request” at the top or bottom of the Zendesk homepage and fill out the form. You can also submit requests via WhatsApp; our number is [phone]. Please provide as much detail as possible about any issues you encounter, and include screenshots, screen recordings, or links where possible. Your requests will go directly to the TerraMatch Product Team, and you will receive updates as we work to resolve your issue.
