How to Add Team Members to your Organization

This article provides guidance how to ensure the right team members are included within your organization profile on TerraMatch. Individuals who are added to your Organization can access and edit all organization information, including financial details and financial reports and any in-progress or submitted applications.

Please note: adding team members to your organization gives them the permissions above; adding team members to funded projects (so they can view and edit project/nursery/site profiles and contribute to reporting) is a separate step. Only individuals who are specifically added as monitoring partners can access your project-level data. There are two ways to add team members to your organization:

  1. Invite a team member to join your organization
  2. Have a team member request to join your organization
Inviting team members to join your organization

To invite a team member to join your organization, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to TerraMatch and navigate to the "My Organization" page my organization page.png
  2. Scroll down to the menu on the middle of the page and select the "Meet the Team" tab, then click the "Add Team Member" button meet the team add team member.png
  3. Input your colleague's professional email address and press "Invite Team Member" invite team member modal.png
  4. Your team member will receive an invitation email, and can sign up for an account on TerraMatch. Once they do that, they will be automatically joined to your organization.
Have a team member request to join your organization

Team members can request to join your organization by following the steps below:

  1. Navigate to TerraMatch and click "Sign Up," fill out the sign-up form, and verify email
  2. Log in to TerraMatch
  3. Search for your organization's name in the search modal and select the organization when it populates join or create en.png
  4. Request to join the organization apply to join en.png
  5. The team member will see a "request pending" screen request to join en.png
  6. Existing members of the organization will get an email notification that someone has requested to join their organization
  7. To approve (or reject) a user's request to join your organization, log in to TerraMatch and navigate to the "My Organization" page, then select the "Meet the Team" tab and review pending requests approve request to join.png
