| Step 1: Expressions of Interest (EOI) submitted through TerraMatch | Deadline: You must submit this application by 27 September 2023 |
| Applicants will receive notice about their EOI status & whether they will be invited to submit a full application | 11 October 2023 |
| Step 2: Full application/Request for Proposal (RFP) submitted through TerraMatch | Deadline: If eligible, you must submit this application before 10 November 2023 |
| Final decision: The vetting interview, and selection process will conclude, and all applicants will receive feedback. | Mid-December 2023 |
| Contracting concludes, and funds are disbursed to selected applicants through partners. | February 2024 |
| Step 3: Cohort is announced, and project implementation begins. | March 2024 |
| Step 4: Projects and enterprises submit their first reports on TerraMatch |
