How to Reset Your Password

This article explains how to reset your password on TerraMatch. If you are unable to log in, please follow the steps below to reset your password.  

1. Go to terramatch.org and click "Sign In"
2. Instead of entering your email and password, click "Forgot Password?" 
3. Enter your email address and click the blue button that says "Reset Password"
4. Check your inbox (or spam folder) for a message from [e-mail]. The subject line will be "RESET YOUR PASSWORD." Open the email to access the password reset link. The link will be valid for 2 hours; if you miss that timeframe, repeat these steps to generate a new password reset email.
5. Click on the link in the message and follow the guidelines to set up a new password
