To aid you in your reporting efforts, we have created a guidance document for reporting on TerraMatch. It emphasizes clear, detailed, and non-repetitive reporting, ensuring accurate tracking of progress towards restoration goals, community engagement, and socioeconomic impacts. Champions should gather all required data before beginning their reports and reach out for assistance if needed.
Access the checklist here.
The general report is divided into six sections:
- General Progress
- Survival Rate
- New People Employed on the Project
- Volunteers
- Livelihoods Benefits
- Additional Documents
Each section requires specific data and examples to illustrate the project's impact and progress. For site and nursery reports, follow the respective checklists to provide comprehensive updates.
If you encounter any issues or have questions, please contact your project manager or terramatch@wri.org. This guidance is designed to help partners submit high-quality reports, minimizing the need for follow-up and ensuring effective project assessment.
