As a part of the Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification process for TerraFund, all restoration champions will need to create polygons for their planting sites. This can be difficult, so the TerraFund Monitoring team has developed tools and process to support restoration champions. You can learn more about about these resources below.
What is Flority?
Flority is a mobile app that allows your field team to collect GPS photos, centre points, draw polygons and submit attributes as they carry out their restoration activities. It is currently only available on Android devices. We recommend this app for your field monitoring activities because of its simplicity. However, you can use any other alternative methods to collect geotagged photos, centre points and polygons that fit with the TerraFund criteria and upload/add your data to your site profile on TerraMatch.
What is greenhouse.?
greenhouse. is a web application that allows you to manage all the data collected on Flority. The application allows you to view, edit, delete, download, and approve photos, polygons and associated attributes collected through Flority. Once you are satisfied with your data on greenhouse., you can submit them to TerraMatch by downloading the data and uploading to your site profile/site report.
We currently are working on an integration between the greenhouse. and TerraMatch that would allow you to submit your data directly to TerraMatch, skipping the download step.
You log in to both greenhouse. or Flority by using the same login details.
Lean how to access Flority and greenhouse.
We have created your organisation and project accounts on both Greenhouse and Flority. You can access Flority by clicking here to download and you can also access Greenhouse by clicking here to visit the web portal.
It is important to note that we have assigned a member of TerraFund polygon support to each of your projects on greenhouse. and Flority. You will see these support members on your organisation’s user profile.
Once you have access to both the greenhouse. and Flority, please add your team members and assign the right permissions to them. Follow the instructions on how to use Flority and how to use greenhouse. There are many videos and guides below for you to review.
