Once you've submitted your application on TerraMatch, staying informed about its progress is crucial. In this guide, we'll outline the simple steps you can follow to check your application status on TerraMatch. From logging in to interpreting status updates. 1. Log in to TerraMatch.org
2. Navigate Your HomePage
Once you are logged in, navigate your homepage. This is your central hub for all things related to your projects; reports and applications on TerraMatch. Look for "Applications" section on the homepage.
3. Check Status
You will see a list of all the applications you have on TerraMatch. The application(s) will have one of the different statuses:
Draft: Your application is still in draft, have not yet been submitted.
Once your application is submitted, you will see a confirmation message, and the status on the application page will change from “Draft” to “Awaiting Review” until our review team either requests more information or approves the application.
Awaiting Review: Our Review Team are currently assessing your application. This stage may take some time as they carefully evaluate each submission.
Approved: Congratulations! Your application has been accepted. You should receive further instructions on next steps.
More Information Requested: Our Review Team requires additional information or further clarification.
Rejected: Unfortunately, your application did not meet the criteria or requirements. The review team may provide reasons for the rejection, allowing you to make necessary adjustments for future applications.
4. Tap on the application you wish to view
Once you locate the specific application you want to check the status of. Click on "View Application"
