There are many resources available to help you as a member of the TerraFund for AFR100 community. If you are in need of support or have questions about the process, there are multiple steps you can take:

The TerraMatch Help Center

The TerraMatch Help Center is an invaluable resource for members of the TerraFund for AFR100 cohort. The information hub contains the guidance, policies, and tools that Restoration Champions will need for the successful execution of their TerraFund project. 

The Help Center has a dedicated section, titled the “TerraFund for AFR100: Cohort Member Hub.” This section is organized to provide easy access to all the necessary information, guidelines, and policy details relevant to the TerraFund program.

The TerraMatch Help Center also offers an active support line.

This line is not just a point of contact but a gateway to solutions, ensuring that every question or concern is addressed efficiently.

If cohort members/champions need clarification or are uncertain about whom to contact for specific questions, they can easily reach out via email to [e-mail] or send a WhatsApp message to [phone]. Upon doing so, they will be promptly assisted by an expert from our dedicated team. 

TerraFund Project Managers, Portfolio Specialists, and Data Quality Analysts

All TerraFund non-profit projects will be assigned a project manager and portfolio specialist, for enterprises, there will be one project manager. All projects are also assigned a data quality analyst to support geospatial data collection and verification. These individuals are there to support you throughout the TerraFund process and serve as a personal resource for your project. You will be able to set up frequent check-ins with your support team. If you ever have a question or concern about TerraFund or your project, you should not hesitate to reach out to them.
