How to Check the Status of Your Expression of Interest: Harit Bharat Fund

Everyone that successfully submitted an expression of interest for Harit Bharat Fund received an email about their application status on Monday, October 30. If you did not receive an email, you can log in and see the status of your application on TerraMatch, alongside feedback from the reviewing team. 

To check the status of your application, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to TerraMatch
2. Check the "Applications" column on the TerraMatch homepage
3. Click on your "Application Pill" to see full feedback 
4. If accepted, start full RFP

See if your application's status icon has turned Red or Green

1. 1. A green status icon that says "approved" indicates that your application has been accepted and you are invited to submit a full proposal.
   2. A red status icon that says "rejected" indicates that your application has been rejected. 
   3. If you status icon remains blue and says "awaiting approval," please contact support, and we will help track down the status of your application
   4. If your status icon is gray and says "draft," this indicates that you did not submit your application in time.
      
      • • We will notify you as as soon as another funding opportunity is open so that you can submit your project proposal.
   5. If you do not see an application button, this indicates that you did not start an application.
   6. If you have multiple buttons, this means you created multiple drafts and/or submitted several expressions of interest.
      • • You can contact [e-mail] to remove these drafts if they are no longer needed.

If your button is green or red, click on it to review your application. You will see feedback in the top section of the page. You can also review and download the application on this page

Start Full Application

If your expression of interest has been accepted, you can begin your full application by clicking on the blue "START REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS" button. This will take you to the application flow.
