Full Application Support Options

There are many resources available to help you apply for TerraFund for AFR100 Landscapes. If you are in need or support or have questions about the process, there are multiple steps you can take:

Our articles provide helpful information about this process and how to complete your full application. We recommend that you review our section on Application Guidance. In these articles, we have provided information and resources on how to complete each of the fields in the application. These articles may address many of your questions.

We have multiple support options for the second stage of the application process. For any questions, you can email us at info@terramatch.org or contact us via WhatsApp at +44 7456 289369. If you use either of this resources, one of our team members will respond to your request with 3 business days. 

Participate in our Webinars and Q&A Sessions

We will also have multiple live support options. On May 30 and 31, there will be a webinar in English and in French, respectively, for project developers who have been invited to submit a full application. During this webinar, we will give an overview of the application questions and the required information.

As part of this call, we will host a panel session with some of our the TerraFund vetting and project management teams so that applicants better understand what we are looking for. There will be a long Q&A session as well, and our team will be available to address any questions you may have.

For applicants who have been invited to participate in the second stage of the application process, there will be information about this call sent directly to your inbox. Please check your spam if you do not see this invitation. Following the webinar, we will host multiple Office Hours, where our team will be available to address any additional questions you may have.

If you are not able to attend these calls, we will upload the recording and resources from the webinars here and share them via email. After each webinar, we will update our help center so that we can be sure that all of your questions have been addressed.
