How to add a monitoring partner to a project on the IMP

Monitoring partners can access a project's details, including its project and site profiles and reporting and monitoring data.

To add a monitoring partner, you will need to first make sure that that person is a member of a team on TerraMatch; they can be on your organization's team, or part of another organization. If your potential monitoring partner is not a team member on TerraMatch, follow these steps to invite them:
1) From the home page, go to "Profile"
2) Click on "Meet the Team" tab
3) Click the black "EDIT" button on right side
4) Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Add Team Member"
5) Enter team member's professional address and click "Next"
6) That individual will receive a verification email, and will need to confirm their email address and personal details to officially join the organization

Once the person has confirmed their information and joined a team on TerraMatch, you can add them to your project. Scroll down to on your project page, and on the right side, under "Monitoring Partners," click the blue (+) to invite your new monitoring partner; they will simply need to click on the link they receive in their email to accept their Programme Monitoring Invite.
